Final page of registration and got the error. “There was an unknown error” London and gatwick are global travel hubs and the official travel app for the official train can’t even register or sign in.

Why isn’t it obvious to the App designer that the homepage should show a ticket search and/or purchased tickets? Instead the entire page is a link to X (Twitter), and navigating to search or tickets is a tiny little button somewhere hard to find, and the process is not at all intuitive. It defies belief. And are they even paying attention to these reviews!?

When you take 10 minutes to download the app, set-up your account then order tickets, only for the transaction to fail for no apparent reason (I bought plenty of other things today with that card) you know you have a crapp app

What use is this app if you can’t tell what time the trains leave? They only run every half hour so getting it wrong can make a huge difference. Utterly useless.
