Crashes at startup,

Tried to buy tickets in the app. Paying with PayPal was tot possible (giving error messages). Paying with Master Card crashes the app. Retried twice. While choosing to store the card it disappeared in the craches so had to re-type it each time. Will try tomorrow again or will have to buy tickets on arrival.

Total lack of understanding the user combined with very poor stability. After using 10 minutes typing in every kind of unimportant info you can think of instead of just letting me buy the ticket the app crached when executing my payment. When restarting it could not show any avaliable trains. Had to buy via the confusing machine at the train station.

Full of tweets and advertisements, but apparently no way to view purchased ticket. In dire need of complete UI rethink.

Latest app version crashes immediately when started on iPhone 8 running iOS 11.4.1. Used to work fine. Removed app and re-installed. Works fine. Good app, lame quality assurance.

App states good service status, even if all trains have been cancelled for the entire day. Good job developers! Static service indicators.

Why isn’t it obvious to the App designer that the homepage should show a ticket search and/or purchased tickets? Instead the entire page is a link to X (Twitter), and navigating to search or tickets is a tiny little button somewhere hard to find, and the process is not at all intuitive. It defies belief. And are they even paying attention to these reviews!?

When you take 10 minutes to download the app, set-up your account then order tickets, only for the transaction to fail for no apparent reason (I bought plenty of other things today with that card) you know you have a crapp app

What use is this app if you can’t tell what time the trains leave? They only run every half hour so getting it wrong can make a huge difference. Utterly useless.
