App not too bad to set up and navigate. Offered 50% off the OG kebab for first app order. However, the discount wasn’t applied at the checkout as promised. No way to review the order and confirm if the discount had been applied before payment. Not a massive deal but quite annoying!

App doesn’t show location of Maidstone. App unintuitive at all.

Cold food, ordered a large fries got less than a small all cold, more grease in my bag than in there fryers disgusting

Good start to app but needs to remember where you are and should be simpler to add card details by using autofill from your wallet or option to use Apple Pay

Danger you won’t get a refund if your order is wrong, delayed or doesn’t make it to you Uber refuses to provide support as does German Doner, order through the delivery app instead!

Ordered mix got home to find just dinner

Collected my food and no sauce was provided despite being told it was in the bag. When getting home, I also realised that the food had the least amount of meat and the proportion of my Food was not of the regular portions.

App is too hard to use

McDonald’s KFC and Burger King app are much easier to use, much clearer, much more streamline processes, plus they all offer discounts and vouchers for loyal repetitive customers… gdk does not loyal customers through the app
