Good deal best food fast delivery with Uber eats

Everything on the offers page & payment screen loads as black text on a black screen, really helpful as it’s then a lottery if you’re entering all the necessary details. Took 10 minutes just to order 2 items. If it’s a signal issue, make signing into your store WiFi easier & that’ll help. Good job the food is good as the app experience is woeful.

Total waste of money, food arrived stone cold ,soggy fries, No sauce on it and no sauce tub in the bag. What’s da point to order on the direct GDK app if you guys are using the same lazy Uber service. OG becomes chewngum.spent £28 for 2 OG and it’s not worth.even a £5 chicken shawarma is more fresh and tasty.

The app can take many attempts to connect and put in your order. Compared to McDonalds which may be stingy with offers it’s far less reliable.

This app is completely pointless, the delivery is more expensive and they use Uber delivery drivers anyway. However, they obviously have some kind of connector that connects their app orders to Uber Delivery but things get lost in translation. We had a £50 order and Uber didn’t have it on their system apparently so nearly 2 hours after back and forthing between the restaurant and uber - we went and picked up the order ourselves which to no surprise was soggy and cold but no one seemed to be able to offer us an immediate refund, the support is just an email address with 3 working days to wait for a response which again, makes the app completely pointless when you might as well just order through uber eats and actually receive your order warm and on time. What a waste of money. The food is great but don’t bother with this app - order through somewhere else

This is one of the worst apps, completely useless. Trying to register a company card. I just gave up on lunch and will delete it now

I was trying to order 3 doner ke ebb but the app is charging delivery charges for each doner for the same address. If I order 10 kebabs then you charge £20 only for delivery charges. It’s ripping off and doesn’t make sense. Change the offer which makes sense.
