The app stopped working. Can not add locks, spouse can not login to account, the website only shows Chinese characters when trying to login.

Regularly doorknob does not connect to phone via Bluetooth and have to delete the doorknob connected and re-add it and redo fingerprints. Otherwise kids fingerprints will work. GARBAGE 🗑️🚮

I can’t register. It doesn’t allow any registering of accounts.

I’ve had a smart lock and have been using this app without fail until a couple months ago. First it would only just take my finger print and now even though it’s got my finger print in the app, I can’t use the app or my finger print to get into my house. It works for my dad on his phone (finger print doesn’t work) and occasionally my mom, but not me. This is highly frustrating and there’s never been once where there was an update for either the app or the smart lock I purchased since this started happening.

Been using the K01 model for the last month and had no trouble at all. The app layout is a little outdated but I was able to find everything and complete the setup with no issues. Would recommend GeekSmart to anyone needing a similar lock.

After purchasing the lock, I was anxious to get it working. After charging and installing the knob. Down loaded the app. Never could get the app to work. App is complete garbage. Customer service was useless. Good idea poor implementation.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The app is useless. Bluetooth never connects. What’s worse, the fingerprints I had added are no longer recognized and will not unlock the door. And the kicker?!…A fingerprint of my child that I had NOT even added or authorized, unlocks the door and grants access! Horrible, horrible product. Looks pretty, but that’s it. Don’t waste your money!

Can you guys get rid of these 3 to 4 second adds? Do you even think about what if a person is trying to get away from someone and needs to get their door unlocked or locked quickly and now they have to wait through 3 to 4 seconds of adds when it already takes a second or 2 to sync up with the door lock. Like you’re just asking for someone to get hurt. Put your adds somewhere else

Can't get verification code to create an account, therefor can't add fingerprint. Door knob useless, will be returned.
