GEICO Mobile - Car Insurance

I am from the UK but am the registered owner of a Florida plated bike. I have been insured by Geico for 9 years on an international driving license (I have a UK and Florida bike licence) the FL licence is only ever valid for 90 days but Geico don’t force me to pay to the $85 every time I’m in the US to ‘renew’ my licence. They totally understand the situation and can see the nonsense of having to go through that every time I’m in FL and want to ride my bike! The policy is SO flexible and the customer support is second to none (very rare these days!) Geico has made owning and riding a motorcycle as a non-US citizen a breeze.

I love Geico insurance! The team is great! They are very patient with customers! Times are hard and I appreciate the outstanding work y’all give to customers are always appreciated the time understanding and patience. Thank You Geico very much needed to give me a day or two to pay my payment after the due date

The app is very slow and gotcha it kicks me out even though thow I asked to stay logged in. It times out during sessions constantly. Very annoying.

The app is broken and the tracking is worst. If you don’t login and manually update your record you will be forced with charges. A good reason for geico to charge you more money? Absolutely horrendous service and user experience.

This app is constantly and I mean constantly ping location even when idle sitting at my desk at work. Location is being used by this app and draining my battery on the iPhone. I’m stationary why is location being used when I’m sitting down. App is up to date and iOS is up to date. Geico please fix!!

I have my payment on autopay why do i have to be login every single time and it says that I haven’t paid when it’s set up in auto pay like 🤦🏻‍♀️
