Gemiini Mobile

Gemiini has poor customer service, especially shocking since they deal with families stressed to the max with a child (or children) with special needs. Sad.

Gemiini requires you to provide payment information at the very beginning and it is WILDLY difficult to cancel. There is a phone number dedicated to cancellation, but I doubt it’s ever staffed. I’ve called three times now and wait 20 minutes until they force you to leave a message, but I’ve never received a call back. Terrible service.

We love Gemiini, but we are getting ready to go on vacation and I wanted to download the videos to my phone since our internet will be spotty. Every time I open the app it just closes as soon as I open app. So guess no speech on vacay

Dead app for apple products

I love this app and think it is very effective for my autistic sons. However, I recently upgraded my phone to the 11 Pro Max and the app tries to open but closes immediately. I used to stream the videos from my phone to my TV. Now I have to use my computer.
