General Accident My account

UI looks a lot better than it used to, but for goodness sake’s please fix the “change password” functionality! Or just have a message saying to do it on web so people don’t lose time waiting for a confirmation code that will never come.

Tried for months and all I get is a green spinning wheel. Please fix this app!

Never loads, complete waste of time

When you try to log on you get the spinning circle. Tried to delete the app and log in again, works the once and when you try to log on again you get spinning circle again. Rubbish app wish I never changed to GA. Don’t bother 😡😡😡

Just doesn’t work. Try to logon and a cookies page appears with a screen with a spinning circle. Utterly useless. Don’t understand how this can be so rubbish when the Aviva app is very good. Hopeless.

Constantly shows as ‘loading’ with circle of doom…. Wasted time logging in over and over to try to load my policy details. It worked on one of these attempts when it loaded my account and policy details, but when I clicked to go to the next step, ‘loading’ and circle of doom again - which never loads…

An extremely unreliable and slow app, even when I wanted to RENEW my policy I could not even get to the payment stage because it would constantly stop and a random loading sign would pop up (of which you cannot get rid of unless you close the app and start all over again). I can’t believe an online insurance company could be have such a bad online app, abit contradictory.

I’ve now tried consistently for 4 days to try and get into my app to make a glass claim, it won’t load this happened the last time I needed information! Maybe sort it out so people can contact you and look at their private information. I went through the browser to then get into GeneralAccident this time I got through but then couldn’t book my glass repair! What am I paying for exactly? Clearly a rubbish app!

App opens, shows a spinning box covering the ‘accept or decline cookies’ and that’s it. Absolutely pointless.

It’s so rubbish doesn’t even load properly and this insurance company is so awful when it comes to customer service I’ve been with quite a few insurance companies but this one is awful I’m only with them for the black box after a year I’m finished with this company not even sure I’ll be able to survive a year with this company
