Unable to access work schedule wants me to log into my daughter’s online school.

This app is just terrible, it will only load 1 week of my schedule before the entire app freezes and will not show me more of my schedule. I have reported this 3 times and still have this issue each time.

This application does not work like it says. You are unable to view the queue. I cannot monitor the call queue as pictured in the sample pictures for this application.

I’ve scoured the entire app and I cannot find where they moved the “running late” to. I can’t tell my boss when I am going to be late or out sick and I get into trouble because I didn’t use the app. This is pure garbage.

Horrible app. Signed me out for no reason and I can’t log back in, giving me an error message each time even when I’m entering the company name. What a waste

It's been several weeks since I haven't been able to use the app. I've deleted the app and downloaded again multiple times. Once I get authorization with PingID it just takes me back to login. I'm not sure how to fix this, a support is mentioned but how to even get to this support. I'm unable to get into the system at all.

System authenticates and confirms the VPN but it does not log in. It loops to the Log In since July.

Sometimes you can log in, sometimes you can’t. No matter if you remove the app then reinstall.

Can’t login. Nobody at my organization knows how to help me and neither does Genesys.

I use to not have an issue with logging in, but now I can’t get in. It just keeps going to log in page when I enter my credentials. It’s a waste
