This app is such a pain. It keeps logging me out of it and I have to log back in with 2FA every single time. Takes 2-3mins to input login deets and 2FA even if I want to quickly confirm a small thing.

Aren’t you embarrassed by all 1 star reviews? You are one of the largest apps for providing rostering. Just fix it.

Can you please stop logging me out constantly? Or at least allow me to use Touch ID so I can log back in easier? It’s annoying having to physically type in my organization’s name and fully type out the email and password, and then do 2-factor authorization every few days since I keep getting logged out. Either keep me signed in or make it easier to login please

-5 have to remove the app then go back in and add it then can’t log in again very FRUSTRATING. Fix it.

this is the worst rostering app ever. if it ever lets you log in, which is once in a million years, it will log you out before the next time you open the app. it will let you get through all the screens until you send an okta push, and after that, you will be helpfully taken back to the very beginning of the log in process. this app works once every hundred tries. don’t bother downloading it onto your phone, just look at your roster some other way.

At WHAT point do you check on your user base and see how often people have had to delete and reinstall this failure of an app? It is easily the worst app I’ve ever been forced to have to use. Can’t get 24 hours before being logged out and it’s a painful experience logging back in. Most of the time you have to delete the app and start from scratch for 12 hours of access before being forcefully logged out. Been over 6 months of this

It has been almost a month and it has never let me login easily ever. Always shows login error or always says incorrect login information. It doesn’t even prompt anything to try next optional steps. Even after saying don’t ask me for password for 30 days, it still asks me to login again. I am sorry to say but I am very disappointed with this app.

I’ve had to re-download this app at least 30 times in the last 3 months. Just today it’s requesting that I seek approval from another app to login. When I swap to the other app it cancels the sign in process so when I give approval in the new app it doesn’t matter. The app is completely inaccessible and now impossible to use. The developers should be embarrassed.

If I can give 0 I would this is such a bad app have to consistently delete the app and reinstall and lots of errors all the time like I just want to check my schedule and I will have to spend another 15 mins to just to check

Forever wasting my data always have to delete and reload the app due to it always having error messages it’s unreliable and if I could rate it a zero I would it’s too bad we can’t access our rosters in another app/system cause this app is absolutely horrible…
