I’m glad an app like this exist to communicate with an incarcerated family member , but the app is constantly having issues. Currently I can not reload money to my account for more messages and I only have a couple dollars left. And when you can add money it can only be done through the browser not the app. This form of communication is so important for some us , so its disappointing that they can not fix the issues promptly.

My account says suspended but when I call Customer service they saying my account is fine it’s my husband no I can clearly see he’s online but on my end it says suspended….whats really going on

Horrible app. The company is horrible as well. It took me 4 phones to get to customer service because the calls would not go through. I tried adding money on an account and it kept glitching out. I tried doing it through a laptop and had the same issue. The female named amanda I spoke to stated that they can’t do anything about the glitch and that I can try to delete the app and add it again for every time I use it to wait 20 minutes each time… It’s crazy how much these companies rob families…

Every other day something is wrong with this app. It’s crazy how much money they charge and can’t keep it up and running. It’s been a over a week that I had and error message on the screen and can’t tap the name of the person to send a message. HORRIBLE!

We all know the app sucksss… My one star is more then it deserves but I can’t say it’s not nice when it’s actually working. I sustain my one star only because I’m sure there is no intent to change being we will be using it anyway…

Every picture I’ve tried to send for last 2 months keeps being denied. The message is: Denied: StatusesSyncServices These are pics of the zoo, flowers, a griddle grill, and a graduation picture. Nothing has gone through. Y’all need to figure this out because this is insane.

This app is beyond ridiculous and all states need to ban this company. They say they are constantly updating but that is not the case.. what they are really doing is trying to fix the errors they caused and make things worse. All this money they steal from inmates should be just enough to hire a legitimate programmer tech that knows what they are doing. Every single day there is new issues with the app and it’s beyond pathetic. Time for the state to bring in Seurus or JPay messaging and do away with this company for good. I’d say we all customers boycott this app until our hard earned money stops being robbed from us for these useless employees with this company.

This is the worst texting app ever always glitching out and I have to constantly input my sons information and then it blocks me and then I pay for each text .5 cents per text message! It’s not worth it! This app occasionally doesn’t let me send pictures or videos it’s a waste of your money! Best bet save your money and send pictures and mail!

Not only do they share your information. They rob you & your loved ones. Contact the governor to Get rid of these frauds.

When I send pictures of my child to her dad I will get denied Status sync service . My child is fully clothed I do not get why they are getting denied
