I have experience 04/08/2024! We ordered a taxi from this company, paid 180 euros, the driver did not arrive, my small children and I stood waiting, but nothing happened! The money has not yet been returned!!! You always write that your application is being processed!!!! Do not contact this company!!! scammers

In case you have to cancel the trip for example due to cancelled flight they won’t refund your money. I would not recommend.

I ordered a taxi many days before my trip. The driver never arrived. Nobody answered the calls I made. It took over one hour to get service via Telegram. The service was good after I got the contact. I never get any compensation for that my driver never came. I had to wait two weeks to get my money back. When I got my money back, it was returned at a worse rate. So I couldn’t get a taxi through this app, I lost money and a lot of time. This was not compensated for me in any way.

Booked a trip, driver never arrived. We can’t get a refund to bank account. Avoid!

Эта контора берет комиссию за заказ как с пассажира, так и с водителя. В случае отказа от заказа любой стороной, они свою комиссию удерживают в любом случае. Пользуйтесь очень осторожно этим приложением, если уже совсем никаких вариантов не будет. А лучше удалите. Обжегся не один раз.

Жалоба. Я вышел в аэропорту такси не было. Позвонил водителя он сказал что такого заказа нету. А щас третий день с службой заботы разбираюсь и по ходу деньги не вернут, это мошенники..
