GetTransfer: Transfers & Rides

I mistyped my arrival date when scheduling my airport transfer. Immediately after booking, I saw my error and cancelled. The charge was not refunded. Customer service reply “charge is non-refundable “. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values customer service. I don’t believe there is any reason to not refund a charge that was cancelled in under 5 minutes.

The Driver never came(round trip of $290), had to do all the refund process to only get half of what I paid back.

Used the app before This year was a disaster Driver didn’t show up, didn’t answer the phone or text. Booked for a 120km transfer in Czech Communication with management very poor Will never use again

How can this app be 4.7/5 rated app, if you read every third review is a one star, like mine, for driver no shows and refusal to refund, with a terse reply from the app owner saying please email info@ and we will “investigate” the issue. Which is exactly what they said to me. Red flags to consider: 1) they require payment upfront 2) they do not allow for cancellations 3) their drivers report no payment for services rendered (don’t trust me, read the reviews!) 4) many one star reviews

After I received and accepted the quote, the driver and I realised the destination on the map is not the destination I intended on going. We then agreed to cancel the ride, unfortunately there is no way to just cancel your ride, you need to submit an email with your request which they then need to investigate, in the end they deduct money from the driver and you.

Where does it say this app cost $30. Please Cancel my subscription & return my $30. No longer interested. Ty.

They don’t pay their drivers! I still am awaiting payment for the drive I made. Please don’t support a company who fails to pay their employees.

This is a scam app!!! Don’t use use. Driver didn’t turn up, customer service doesn’t respond, and I was charged for a ride that didn’t take place. It’s not a valid company.
