It’s a pretty good app, very expensive but worth it mostly. Where it fails is you can’t play any of the songs, all nag you for an upgrade for more money. Lesson parts are optional and locked if you didn’t pay the extra. Have an app that does what I paid for without nagging for more money. The way it’s done is taking a lesson from junk free iPhone games.
I learnt playing guitar and understanding tips around guitar using this app. It’s a great beginner friendly app without any need for a tutor or instructor.
I bought this app in the first week I got my guitar and I’ve used it for a few months now and can genuinely say that all the exercises and things they have in here are everything I’ve needed to learn guitar! Stoked with how the pickups are through AirPods and the only thing I wish there was more of is the Solo/Lick/Riff lessons. Cheers guys great app!
I can’t get in to play
Downloaded by mistake and paid for a year but the best purchase I made. This app will do what it says and help you with your playing abilities. It makes it fun to learn along the way. Thanks for a great app.
It was a great app last year as the entire appeal of premium was to be able to play top hits, now you have to pay another $450 subscription on top of the $300 for premium. App is done.
Can’t get this to work with iPad and iRig Hdx. Does anyone know how to configure this to work?
How can I upgrade subscription? I have the yearly but want to add the famous songs without having to pay for the entire package again. Thx.
All I can do in this is go up to playing 2 frets at the same time then it tells me to pay
I’ve been playing guitar for 25 years and was very impressed with this app. I’ve tried Youcisian but found this far superior. Here’s why: - song selection and variety - short, clear tutorial videos - instructors are world class - proper technique emphasized - progressive lessons that gradually increase speed - this is key! - simple tab/scrolling very easy to follow with no unnecessary visual noise - unlike youcisian guitar pieces are actually true to original recordings on where you’re playing on the fretboard - subtle but important - worked flawlessly (playing an acoustic using the app on an iPad wearing AirPods If you’re starting out I would highly recommend this. I learned from cds and magazines sent in the mail. Wish I had this as a teen : ) Excellently done, Gibson. I’ll enjoy dabbling with this to improve and learn some specific songs. Keep adding more content!
