Keep me logged in please, add the ability to use Face ID

Don’t try it if you travel to bay area or Seattle. It asks a third party to verify your information manually which costs 7 business days! You won’t get a chance to use any car unless you stay there for more than 9 days! They should clarify this in the app before I register so that I won’t waste my time.

I didn’t violate any traffic rules, nor did I park in the wrong parking lot. However, GIG suspended my account without any notice until I was standing next to the car, ready to start borrowing it. I am at my wits end. 🤷

This is beyond nasty. Why do you allow people to leave trash bags in the car? There has to be some kind of enforcement mechanism. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to use your service. All the cars in my neighborhood had one problem or another. The second car I went to still had a bicycle attached to the hood. People have no decorum, and it’s incredibly off-putting. Your company needs to start enforcing post-ride photos to ensure that the vehicle is left in good condition for the next person.

The car is smelly and sticky, it will fail when there is no service and they will get you to pay for towing. Do yourself a huge favor and read online Reddit accounts about gig, and choose literally anyone else

Your car will be stranded. Customer service won’t help you. You will then be charged hundreds of dollars. DO NOT USE.

Very useful with bike racks to get home or around.

I love gig car but this is the worst app. I constantly have to restart it to lock, unlock, and start/end trips. Honestly wondering how much money I’ve spent waiting for the app to time out because it can’t connect for whatever reason. Also your pop-ups are incredibly obnoxious.

As a first time user, I had a lot of questions. Every time I called in, from the setup to closing out, the agent on the other side was attentive and warm. I also appreciate the ease of locating support on the app. Most apps it is buried, but with Gig it is easy to find. I am definitely using Gig again!

The service was quick and easy and I had no issues getting the car and it drove amazing and the customer service was incredible. Highly recommend this app if you need a quick ride somewhere or even a few hours.!
