Got this for my daughter a month ago. The watch works as intended but has some flaws. It randomly buzzes for no reason. No messages or notifications, just buzzes. We have a few contacts that I would like to be able to text with her but not track her. I have contacted customer support and they will “note it” for future updates. This seems like it should be a fairly easy fix. The map doesn’t update very regularly, which I know is a battery saver. It does take a while to update when I force a location update. The recorded spoken text messages are clear, but calls are choppy and not very clear. Battery life is not good. Even on days that she doesn’t use it, it’s dead by the end of the day. I’m past my 30 days so I’m stuck with the thing. It seemed like the best option when I was researching getting one but now I’m not so sure.

We have only had this watch about a week. I purchased it because our daughter has special needs and is an eloper. We needed something that would let us know when she leaves a designated area and can track her. The phone does alert me and tracks fairly well however the boundary is a 700ft radius. That is huge! Her school is on a busy street and when you put the school as a place she can go out into the busy street before we are alerted. The radius needs to be smaller like 50 to 100 feet. I just don’t know if this is going to provide the safety we need. We may be returning it before our 30 days are up.

This app will notify you every time the device holder moves but makes you sign into the app to view the notifications. It used to be such a good app years ago. Now it’s more of an annoying headache or a continuous beeping noise from your phone that is worthless. Hope they get it together on one of their updates someday.

The Gizmo will not allow me to add my husband’s phone number as a guardian. It thinks his number is a gizmo and will only allow to add him as a buddy. How do I fix?

Hi, I love this app, however, I’m not able to login, I need to reset my password and the email associated with my gizmo account is no longer active. Can someone help me?

In testing it out multiple times, we found the location of the watch was not always accurate. It lagged behind for a long period of time.

I think the calling contact should also be allowed to send messages. Other than that I like that I can still communicate with my daughter without her having access to the internet.

I can see where my granddaughter is at all times and it's great. We use the messenger before school and send each other pics. This is such a great tool. I wish it was selling when I was raising my son.

This is a great connection with our granddaughter who lives out of state. She is in the pre-cell phone stage but this little gadget allows us to send pictures and keep track of her activities. It is truly a blessing to be close to someone who we love that is so far away. Thanks ❤️🌞❤️
