Glasgow Taxis.

Prebooked taxi for 0800. Received notification at 0750 assigning driver. Cab arrived 0920 ! Fortunately I had allowed plenty of time to catch my flight but very stressful experience

Same taxi on Uber is less than half the price? Deleting this app immediately l, don’t waste your time.

Driver kicked me out of taxi and demanded cash … even though he had a card machine then continued to swear at me and abuse me. I’m reporting Glasgow taxis to Glasgow council and taking further

The on line booking system is less than efficient and thus frustrating. The system keeps changing my home address and at times does not confirm the booking. It does not allow for changing the booking time nor cancellation. Altogether an extremely unwieldy system.

Fantastic service and a great app

I have been let down MULTIPLE TIMES by this company. Every time I was desperate for your help to get to my destination and you Let me down. This is BAD MANAGEMENT and BAS REPRESENTATION of taxi drivers who are very good but you are letting everyone down badly. I’m furious at the time I wasted.

App is disgraceful!!! Never loads!!!!

They now try and charge a cancellation fee which is not advertised or informed of before trying to book or after taking pre payment details. Even worse when they are unable to allocate a taxi for your booking. For your inconvenience and there inability to send a taxi to the city centre they will try and charge you in excess of £5. Why bother having taxis when you can charge customers for incompetence and inability to complete the service you offer. Dont even bother trying to call them, just get a computer. Unfortunately Glasgow taxis is now not fit for purpose and tarnish the black hack service in the city.

When prebooking on app it does not guarantee a taxi will be available at time almost missed my train because the taxi didn’t turn up for 15min (the whole time the app showed the taxi across the city 1min away) ending in my missing my train to Inverness

1. It refused to accept Apple Pay to prepay. Not sure why. 2. Despite 1, it booked me the taxi, but the trip didn’t appear in bookings. 3. Despite accepting the booking, it couldn’t find a driver.
