It would be a good app if it were faster.

Every time I try so use the “live try-on” feature, it asks me to upload a photo. Every time. It does not retain my photo for future use. Also, the live try-on feature uses your face online in real time, and it won’t do that on the app. You’re better off using the website, even though those features are still spotty there.

I am unable to log into app as i don’t use the default email app for IOS. I confirm my account via browser only for it to try and open the default email app in the app store. So i go to my email app which is outlook and click login and it now opens the browser which then opens up the app store which points back to glassesusa app… broken
