They don’t let you cancel your subscription through the app and they will charge you the full amount of the year even if you haven’t done any classes and it’s over 7 days. Beware, they offer a free trial and hope you will forget. Also if you are pregnant and looking for a nice selection of pregnancy safe classes, this is not it. They don’t filter out the classes very well and they will offer you other classes not specific to pregnant women so it’s hard to trust what is meant for your body/ stage.

Mi sono iscritta per la prova gratuita, poi a causa di una serie di problemi familiari mi sono scordata dell’app (e del rinnovo automatico) e mi è stato addebitato l’abbonamento per un anno (non per un mese) senza neppure un avviso di rinnovo imminente dell’abbonamento come fanno le altre app. Trovo sia una pratica spregevole

Per chi ama praticare yoga con frequenza, Glo è una vera svolta. Praticare yoga al proprio ritmo, con classi di qualità e insegnanti competenti, potendo decidere stile, durata, complessità, intensità e alto, l’app è una vera miniera d’oro per l’appassionato di yoga. Super consigliata.

They have charged the lifetime subscription without my authorization! It’s more than 700$ and they refuse to give my money back!

Be careful to now accept the lifetime subscription! I tried to upgrade and they cancelled my annual one even if so had paid in September for a full year. It tell it’s the card, but that card is working with anything else and this doesn’t justify they have cancel the subscription I paid on September. Also the app has often problems and close. Mirroring not always work. Good selection of classes but not worth the high price with all these troubles. 2 years I have them to get better but I guess this will be the last one.

Its really very well designed this app. I truly recommend it 👏🙏

Would not go back to my life before Glo! Great teachers great choices of practices (styles and timing, live and recorded)! All you need to support your practice 🙏🏻☺️

I unsubscribed in May 2020 and again in February 2021 they take money from the account! and my account hasn't been opened since May. I hope they give me back the money they took.

I have renewed my subscription and after a week the app still interrupts videos after 2 minutes asking me to pay. I have reported this situation to customer support but after an entire week they still have not been able to fix it and have stopped answering emails for 2 days. The phone number is only a voicemail service where you leave a message you never actually speak to someone.
