Really bad cell provider, using you as you are the only provider that supports apple watch esim. But what happens? You do not support it for tourist. To get support I have to get an messenger account, I don't have it and don't want it. No other way of getting support from you? No. Pangit!
I dont understand why the datapacks are divided into different sections like Messenger. Keep it simple. Offer a GB package and let the under spend it how the person wishes
Dysfunctional application. You can’t buy load with Visa or master card, and only get errors. Their 3D security card payment doesn’t work or they don’t want to pay fees, then they lie about “your bank refused payment”. I use other providers instead when Globe has a dysfunctional app for all their services.
Everything throws an error, can’t add phone plan, can’t verify account, can’t even log out. It just says “something went wrong, go back and try again” Haven’t been able to pay my plan, it has been disabled because payment is overdue, might have to switch network now because there is no way to pay while the app has cancer. Honestly, pretty embarrassing even by Philippines standards.
Hey Globe, do something! Read the reviews. From Slow to not working at all. In short, useless app. Are you going to launch a new one? If no, fix this! Globe - Prepaid, Postpaid and Broadband have unli issues, now here comes the App too! Come on guys, it’s 2025 already!!! ANNOYED CUSTOMER HERE!

For almost two months now, the app is not working properly on my end. I have tried all possible solutions but still the problem persists. Instead of my account,"We are having issues right now. We are fixing few things to improve your experience." is displayed. I cannot monitor my data usage, request data boosts, or even view my outstanding bill. You expect us to use this app for almost everything yet its not even working properly.
When logging in the app it always says "something went wrong"
