Either the app or the administrators is useless

Extremely poor application, every now and again for no apparent reason the app stops working and just buffers even with latest version of app installed and operating system. Trying to access the support page but 404 error… Ultimately renders me unable to let people into out estate, which is a very basic functionality, before any wallet functionality and additional features are implemented, fix the simple stuff.

Not consistent! Also there is no maps !

Really impressed with the communication, help desk, visitor management, pets and SOS features.

Currently this app is not working on my phone, it’s only worked for 2months and it would glitch and i would have to reopen it But now it doesn’t work at all, I delete and reinstall it everyday but now it doesn’t work, its just stuck , I’m so frustrated because I can’t let my guest in, making my stay so much more challenging because I have to open for all my guest manually. I can’t access the support team and don’t know what to do . Please help !!!

The app does not open up. Please fix asap.

Since recent updated the app is not opening. For the past 3 days I am not able to send codes to visitors and need to ask people in my estate for codes!!

Function to delete old items not working - you can select all or item by item and have to do it over and over - function not working

Updating the program has lef to a freeze, which excludes my I6s from using! Please explain
