I have the app but I cannot update it. Before it was compatible with iPad but I don’t know why it is not compatible anymore.

I really like the watch from the design to the way it feels on my hand. The app is easy to use and there’s lot of options. The only thing I would like to see would be if y’all made the “custom” watch face more customisable. Exmp: add clock pointers in the customisation menu. 2 or 3 designs would be fine. You can also add bpms, steps etc in the customization menu. Also a fun idea would be to let random creators make watch themes so people could choose them. Basically what I’m saying is make the watch face MORE customizable. Thank you !

Since purchasing watch I have had only limited/intermittent updated results to my phone.Frustrating.

Please fix this issue syncing dial up skins on my watch takes forever to load and often fails. PLEASE FIX IT, does not make any sense. Otherwise everything else goes smoothly
