Calorie counting is just pure nonsense! After all day even working out in the gym 60cal burned. You burn more even sleeping all day. Nonsense numbers

There’s a little choice in the “sport” department. Since I like to work out (just working out in the gym or home/cardio etc.) there’s no option for basic working out. I can’t measure my goals/calories. A basic work out option would be welcomed. Thank you
