Not working. When i want take money to my balance the application freezing and not charge up my balance. U dont know pay with cash to the driver. Not usable

Downloaded and used the app in Goa when on a 3 day trip Screwed up my schedule several times / missed multiple appointments due to: 1. Driver delays 2. Hick-ups with application itself (e.g. freeze in the middle of payment process) The worst part happened on last day though: Pre-ordered and paid in advance for a cab to take me to the airport; however: 1. The driver never showed up 2. Customer care couldn’t help, but asked me to wait on the line while playing music and then just hang up After 20 mins waiting I had to organize another taxi, so in the end I was again in rush and paid twice... Since then they never reimbursed my money and I just gave up now back in Europe DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND, it will drive you crazy

The cab driver don't want to co-operate for anything. Did not even help to keep in and out the luggage. The behaviour was also very rude.

1. Map is buggy - finding destination and source location is such a pain. For example: The Panjim bus stand shows somewhere in the ocean. 2. After 5 months, you cannot retrieve your wallet amount back to your bank. I fail to understand the reason for such aggressive policy. This is seriously unethical from GoaMiles team. 3. The driver after keeping us waiting for 15 minutes told us to cancel (nothing wrong here from goamiles’ front); but we were charged INR 100 later on which is totally unfair and there’s no provision to complain about it or get a refund. This is another unethical practice that goa miles enforces on its users. 4. After having booked the ride, the driver location doesn’t update smoothly/not at all, lead us to speculate where he is. This is especially an issue when we need to get somewhere urgently and we can’t perceive if the driver is making any progress.

My 1285 rs got deducted and didn’t get refund

Absolutely terrible. Car conditions will be awful, you’ll be charged over 3x the price that’s fair. Additionally, driver will behave as if he’s the one paying you - will stop wherever and whenever he wants, talk to you horribly as well. If Goa as a state has one con it’s the taxi services and especially Goamiles. A nightmare.
