Book a car. It was broken impossible to start the engine. Very difficult and take lots of time to contact support. They didn’t reimburse the totally of the booking, they kept the service fee (for a service I never received)

Literally never used just registered. So I guess never use it ;)

I love it, if only it worked properly. Here are few issues: 1) One time I got pre-booked car and it had 0 fuel, didn’t even start. And they still charged me booking fee. 2) Very difficult to contact support!! Chat window disappeared and I don’t know where to find it. I want to be able to chat with support in app regarding my past trip. I don’t see the easy way to do it. 3) None of the coupon I get from Vodafone, Tesco for GoCar work. Very annoying. 4) You sometimes need to refuel the car which takes time but they don’t deduct it from your trip. 5) Sometimes you pick up car in one spot but you apparently need to return it to another. It’s near but can be very unexpected. 6) App needs to be constantly closed and reopen. I need to every time to open it twice until it works. IPhone 16. Please, just take Bolt Drive in Tallinn and copy their functionality. That is a brilliant app, super easy to use.

The ID verification doesn’t work, loads the front of driving license then doesn’t load camera for the back. App support sends you to their website. Log in to the website then it tells me I need to use email address to log in going forward but the email address is not editable and has extra characters at the end. No updates to the app available so this is the tested and accepted version

You can spend hours trying to create a password that the app will like and have no success. The app feels as if it was designed in Figma by someone with 1 weeks experience of UX/UI design. It is so utterly frustrating to use and painfully repetitive that the only reason you’ll use it is because there isn’t another option.

Can’t upload the rear of my driver license because the app just goes blank once I upload and submit the front of the driver license

Literally the worst app ever. Never loads and when it does it’s constantly glitching. I’ve been charged extra because the app wouldn’t load for me to end my journey and ended up going over my time. I’ve also not been able to extend my time if stuck in traffic so you have more fees on top of that. My problem isn’t the fees because they are clearly stated but if the app actually worked then it wouldn’t be an issue. I haven’t used the service in over a year but needed it today to attend a funeral but to no surprise the app wouldn’t load to let me in the car and delayed our journey. Definitely will never use again

This is literally the slowest app to load of the 100+ I have on my iPhone. It takes almost 20 seconds to open on an iPhone 15 Pro which feels like an eternity when you’re in a hurry to open the car. Less animations please, quicker access to functionality. Also lots of bugs in the workflow.

The app closes itself. Once you have booked, you can’t copy the address where the car is. It’s not linked to Google maps the address, also the address is not on the email. Overall… not much logic at all

The simplest task, for this car type and time show me what I can rent, it’s honestly impressive how much you broke this experience, it makes me want to reef my phone at something nearby every single time I use it.
