Money grabbing game with lots of hackers hacking into high VIP account. If you report it they don’t do anything about it spit continues to happen. To many bullies and hackers in this game. Stay way.

I’ve read all the reviews on how this game has really bad customer service, that is a complete LIE. I’ve started playing this game for 3 months now, i really enjoyed it so i topped up about $400 AUD, then all of a sudden i couldn’t recieve what i bought, of course in the beginning i was really mad and confused so i decided to email the customer service. They responded really quickly and they were very polite. The issue was resolved in a matter of 2 days, which IMO was really fast for a game who caters for hundreds of thousands of players. QUICK TIP FOR FUTURE PLAYS:- do not recharge on more than 1 Apple ID or the same thing will happen to you. -Thanks so much KoramGames, i love this game and will continue to love it. I’ve only experienced one issue in this game way back when I first started playing 2 years ago. A lot has been changed and fixed since then. Some problems sometimes is because of poor internet, dont blame the game everytime. Advice to some players getting stuck or lagging sometimes, try restarting the game or your phone.

I am a vip 12 character. I have spent thousands of dollars on this game only for the GM to merge servers and combine us with a server where players use illegal mods and bully other players. Our server is no longer fun and many people are quitting. Despite its intention of increasing gameplay it has done the opposite and the GM has done nothing to fix it. Either play free or choose another game. I certainty won't be recharging until thy address these issues.

Although the game is enjoyable to play the game has many issues that developers don’t seem to intend on fixing. If you’re an old player then your server might not have arena and servants working. If you’re a new player then there are no working events. This game needs some serious TLC.

First things first ima say everything I can to make this game better second thing second I need you to make it more attractive third things third I need this to give people more attention to continue playing it I NEED YOU TO FIX THE LAG THANK YOU

I’ve had to make TWO new account in the last 6 months, Both if which I have spent money and now it’s basically making me start again.. This is absolute BS!! I asked for app support last time to just be ignored and nothing done about it, My first account was nearly 300k power with a considerable amount spent and the second was nearly 200k after trusting to catch up to the old one and now I have to restart AGAIN?! What the hell is going on, Fix it NOW!

Why i always have problem with downloading update please fix these issues

I spent thousands on my character, was loyal to GPC for 2 years I only played this game. Then 1 day just because I recharged in 6 different characters with my hard earnt money, they decided to ban my character even though I was an honest player. Careless of how much I invested in my character they can destroy your character and ranking by playing GOD. My advice if your gonna spend, buy Xbox or ps4 or other games from the shop because at least the shop respects that you own that item which you paid for, unlike GPC you paid for your character and they can still screw you over. Worst game I ever played! Customer service is useless they don’t help so much bugs no compensation or apologies yet it is one of the most expensive game.
