Do not recharge in goddess!!!
Have been playing this game for a long time. Spend a lot of money. Lately have had problems with recharging, I paid for stuff but didn’t get my items. Customer service barely respond and if they respond they act like they don’t care and they won’t do anything helpful or make up for their mistakes. They won’t even give your money back or the items you paid for. I like the game but it has the worst customer service I have ever seen. There are so many people with the same problem and they won’t do anything about it. So if you like to play a game of a bunch of thieves that only empty your pockets you don’t have to look any further, this is the one!
Thieves bad support
Paid lot of money in this game. And suddenly they block recharge and won't give me my money or recharged gems. Further crashes often. Bad support. Barely talks English or maybe bots. Also the events are made for only pwr players. If you to low its no fun for you. Don't download. I regret it every day.

Very good game. Easy music and a lot too do. One remark: sometimes its too busy wiyh players.

I want to login to EU100 but I can only choose SEA servers. Seems many people are having this problem. Thx for nothing!

Lost all mine accounts because sea switch
Dear all star games , I played is game for 2 years in the eu servers. server 10 and I think server 24 it was a good time. spend a lot of money because you can’t keep up whit the rest of the players when u don’t have a lot of time. on it and make some new friends in the big alliances. After the 2 years I had a break from the game for a while. I came back after two months I started to download the app again in the apple store. I have told to mine alliance members on WhatsApp that I came back to play the game again so they ware stoked. After a wile the game was downloaded and clicked start I logged in using my Facebook account. I saw that I only can use the sea server not the eu servers so I taught I download the wrong version. So I looks in the apple store but no other versions. I tried to email u guys for a while and no answer work on a better costumer service...... It has been 6 months later and still no difference why all star games ??? it was a good time but u guys ruined it for a lot of players. THANKS A LOT FOR GETTING MY MONEY AND TIME AND IN THE END ITS ALL GONE

It’s been more than 2 months since I’ve lost my account to your STUPID decisions, and I’m supposed to contact customer service Pennel which is IN-GAME btw but Heey I guess I’m never getting my account back so I expect a refund of all the money I spend on this “wonderful” game
