Missing cars, faulty app, dirty cars empty tanks
If the app works which half the time it doesn’t - not sure why on my iPhone 11xpro but when I’m not on WiFi but have perfect reception the app won’t launch or log me in. When I try to use the website it gives me errors so I can’t even adjust my reservation or look up location of car. Incredibly frustrating! Other times the car is just not there! It’s missing and you are left needing to find another car- of course if the app isn’t working you’re out of luck. I end up ubering and being late and out of money because when I take the time (takes quite a lot of personal time to register an issue) they usually don’t fix any issue but apologize and one time they gave me $10 but the day needed up costing me over a$80 not including the time wasted searching for missing car, ubering, rebooking, time talking to reps etc. IF you get the actual car more than not it’ll be filthy and tank near empty. I started bringing windshield cleaning fluid and a rag just so I can see out of the car. Also be aware of the key chain wire- it frays so the metal will slice you or cut your clothing if you’re not super careful. So add electrical tape, bandaids, sanitizer, windshield cleaner and rag to your bag so you can use the car. But make sure you give yourself 30 extra minutes in case you need to find the car or find alternative ride when you can’t find it - and of course go to the gas station to fill the tank that nobody but you does. Good news- I’m switching to Popcar. I’ll write a review later this week once I’m approved.
