Impossible to set programs and have them work.

Automations are not working. (Some part of the app is in Chinese.) Sometimes the app won't even communicate with the heater. We bought the heater so we could set up scenarios to be more energy efficient. But. It is using more energy since the heater is always on! I'll go and by a delonghi oil heater. At this pont it will be more efficient especially with a separate timer-thermostat plugged into the wall.

Possibly the worst most useless app produced. It should be an embarrassment to the Goldair CEO to link their product this app. It makes me wonder if the Goldair product is also poorly produced and maybe dangerous.

App updated and won’t allow me to pre schedule the heater to turn on and off. I previously could have set timers for the heater, this was very beneficial in my toddlers room overnight. Prior to the update, the app was user friendly and easy to navigate. The app also won’t allow we to log feedback. I’m unsure if there is a bug in the app.

Bought a Goldair Platinum heater for my elderly Mum’s bedroom to take the chill out of the air before she gets up or goes to bed. The timer function on the app is useless. There is absolutely no functionality to set the timer to come on at a certain time, the only functionality it has is to turn off after a certain number of hours. So this means waking up earlier just to turn the heater on. Surely the timer functionality could be upgraded to be able to set it to turn on and off at a certain time each day and in increments of minutes not hours. It’s not rocket science. 🙅🏼‍♀️

For some reason I can turn the Fan on/off but you can't access the other features as it just says Device Offline then eventually says Network Error. Also when it does work the buttons to control fan features are so low and small on the screen, it is easy to turn the oscillating feature on/off when trying to swipe up to close the app.

Its that i am having trouble connecting to my phone. Can anyone help with this please. Ive tryed to watch on youtube but still no use

I’d like it if the app had a function whereby I could set the heater to turn ON from a timer. E.g. I’d like the heater in my hallway, to come on at 0500, so the space is warm when we wake up an hour later at 0600. Presently,I can only turn it OFF from a timer. Hopefully you guys can arrange this? Otherwise, I’m happy with the heater & the app!

Needs to have built in timer so on off times can be set.

Love this fan. Love how I can control it from my phone. We always have the fan on during the nights and when it got colder one of us had to get up to turn it off. Now, I can just pick up my phone and turn it off. Definitely worth it
