Hacked by developers
Hacked by developers mostly in fairway fortune always or most of the time you’ll get very low rewards. If u use ur gems for extra plays than you can realise that something hacked by developers to not you get high rewards. Im playing this game since 4,5 years. Now decided not to play this kind of game anymore. I lost almost my 5000 gems to get one more chance but easyly anyone can find out abt its hacks specially on FAIRWAY FORTUNE. fedup with it cheats with us.
Unresponsive support team
Made a purchase and the amount was deducted but the pass was not added and the tech team does not respond. Pretty disappointing if a team needs 6-7 hours and counting to respond!
Game is rigged
THIS IS COMPLETE SCAM. If they realise that you are not supposed to spend any money not even a single penny then every shot will become almost impossible for you even the shots which absolutely confirmed will not go in the right direction.
Unwarranted recent change
The original system of gradually giving 70+ points was good. Now it is boring to attend 10 level to reach that particular goal and there to score further levels.it’s boring, please restore original system Anilkumar

The game is good but the connectivity is a huge issue.

There’s fair value and then there’s extortion. You guys have doubled the prices in your store overnight. You lost a customer today.
No instant gratification
The video advertisement are never preloaded. They take ages to to load, and seeing the message “Sorry Videos have not been loaded yet” is the most irritating part of this game experience. Either don’t provide the button/trigger or preload your ad videos. Also, After a point there is no motivation to gain anything as such. Since there is no new Club or Ball for free users and games become one sided. So might as well expect a drop off with unsatisfactory users.
