I’ve tried for an hour and a half, now at the final stage it won’t send an email, or to the front desk saying it’s expired, why does a phone number need an email! Who knows, the worst.

Please fix your app. Sim registration is having an error uploading documents.

It’s been an hour since I’m trying to “ submit “ details needed for sim registration. It keeps on saying there was an error uploading my files to the server. All my files are below 4MB, details are complete. I can’t even use this app I’ve been trying to register for 2 days now. I need to convert my mo credits but I can’t open the app for I can’t complete the sim registration. It’s frustrating, better fix your app! It’s becoming an inconvenience, we can’t even reach support!

Since it’s launch it continuously decreasing its speed and connection even the service through customer. I think it won’t work anymore. Will change sim.

At first using gomo it is very good but later on they will provide you the slowest internet of all time.

Gomo is fine but when it comes to their customer service especially on important matters such as sim replacement with the same number due to loss/theft, it takes them how many days to respond and sometimes doesn’t respond at all and ghost’s you. Only the bots keeps responding with repetitive scripts. My concerns are still unanswered. Very unsatisfied, please improve on your customer service. NOTE: don’t use gomo number on your e-banks/e-wallets. Better to use Smart or Globe on those since it’s easy to replace them.

I love using the line itself. But the app always has an update. And it’s mandatory to update it. There’s no option to update it later and what not. What if my phone doesn’t support the newest version of this app? Please do something. Your line and promo offer is amazing. But this app update is really annoying!
