When i open the app without internet connection it will logged me out! and force me to login again with my gomo number, it’s also force me to update when there’s update available.

Registering to an unli promo is extremely annoying and frustrating. I tried to register for a 7 Days unli data promo. I successfully entered my card details hoping to proceed with the registration and pay. After submitting the card details, it suddenly went blank and just stayed there for a good 5 minutes—but still, no go. I did the process again and now it's telling me there's a pending registration and that I have to wait for another 2 hours before I can try to register again. I am really annoyed, because this did not happen just once, it is everytime I try to subscribe to a promo.

I just recently had problem with GOMO, I bought a 20gb promo, payment was deducted to my gcash account, but no data reflected to my gomo app. After 2 days of waiting for their customer service to respond, they will tell you to contact GCASH since the transaction were not successful on their end. Worst customer service ever, all you will get is canned responses. Switch to DITO after this.
