It was good last year but this new update is terrible please fix it back the way it was

Honestly, its a great app, got 888 clicks on my first ad. But on my second one… Different story. I have a supposed unpaid balance right. It was 9.70. I made a $10 payment and my balance went to -0.3?? I put in another $10 TWICE AND ITS NOW AT -20.60?!? I contacted the collections and even google support and havent gotten a response so far. Honestly I dont recommend this app only because they do not have great communication at all. This problem is definitely on their side because after I put in $30, my account should be at positive $20.60… But no its at -20.60 at the moment, and im in debt somehow?? I hope google can see this review and help me get a refund or something because this is honestly very frustrating 🤦‍♂️

Signed up did about 3 months of ads on a lower budget, and thought ok pay per click or pay per phone call. Well the calls and clicks that were coming in were wrong numbers and companies in different industries. Did not get one quality lead or any quality marketing at all.

Getting errors, submitted feedback and still can’t access ads from app

I don’t leave reviews so read this. Google will suspend your account for so many different reasons leaving you confused. I ran one ad, for 2 days & Paid for it. I’ve submitted 5 appeals. Have a 0 balance and I’m suspended for “suspicious payment activity” Like huh ?? Day 21 I’m still confused
