Why are people in West African countries like Ghana and Nigeria are not able to pay in their local currency? With the number of SME owners in need of the google ads Setvice, can you look into this issue please?

With the nos of subscribers and SME biz owners in need of the google ads Setvice, can you look into this pls. It is less of a burden as biz is operated in the local currency. They suspended my ad account making it to where I can’t advertise, but yet I can’t delete the ad because my account is suspended. The Google ad team themselves performed this Google build. They asked me questions about my company and then they created the Google Ad campaigns. Now it is saying the ads of which the Google ad team built, is manipulative of ad components. I emailed asking them to call me to help and I just keep getting the exact repetitive email Over and over with no resolution and no one will call me to fix this! They had no problem taking out almost $1500 within a 30 day period!
