Customer service is the worst!! Super slow data!! Very disappointing!!!

The App is so slow!!!

We subscribed to the family plan and we’re frustrated to find that we had no reception in some of the major National parks like Sequoia national park and the areas around it. When i contacted Google Fi they simply said that it couldn’t be helped. However other members of our group had reception on their phones with Other providers such as AT&T. GoogleFi’s response to this is “we can’t help you” and no recompense has been offered. What’s more is that the live chat support component of their app is so buggy that you end up waiting for responses that apparently the agent has already made but that for some odd reason never make it to your end if the chat.

Cant see messages from support, despite getting notifications on my phone.

Ported 3 family numbers from T-Mobile. Each number took about 2 minutes to port. Manually setting message settings is a little odd. Not sure why there are so many bad recent reviews. Make sure you are detailed when setting up your phones.

I have used Google Fi in the past and it was fine, but this is the most inconsistent service provider there is in the market. My second time around trying to use this service, it did not work at all I had no service for days, and I paid extra for the international usage and once I landed in Europe it did not work at all. I cancelled my service with them, but turns out my service was still active and I was charged a second time even though I did not use their service at all. It boggles me how I did not have service or could even use my phone at all, but I was still charged. Customer service was no help at all, they couldn’t find a way to resolve my issues and would instead blame me. I’m never using this again.

Very buggy app & service. Can’t use 2 esims at the same time when abroad, need a esim for GI and hard sim for separate service. Feels like Google has hacked something together. iMessage is really patchy. Feels like a work in progress- customer service is actually good but still problem solving - use with caution

Whenever we have a cloudy day in Southern California or go into some buildings, the signal is goes to 1 bar and sometimes none which makes calling l, receiving calls, or browsing the internet almost impossible.

Setting this up for the trial period was just too much trouble to save 20 bucks a month.

Not recommend, terrible customer service and International roaming always and issue
