Keeps crashing, unavailable customer service
The movie we payed for keeps crashing every 2 minutes. I have contacted the help center twice but does not get back in touch with me. Definitely a waist of time and money. I do not recommend.

i paid to watch a movie titled The War room As soon as i paid 220 pesos. when i was about to start to watch the movie suddenly it says it is un available what the hell happened i was charge with out anything false ad it isbe careful
Downloaded films do not play offline
Huge factor to negative points: Only plays movies in online mode.
Remote doesn’t pair with google tv
Worked once then pairing code started getting delayed until it never generated anything. Now it’s useless.

After purchasing in Google store you cannot downloading it. Buttons are not working! This will eat up data as the kids will be watching while on the road!!!!! Extremely frustrating!!!!!

Recently, movies I watch on a PiP overlay stop playing after a few minutes and sometimes display an error message saying "You do not have permission to access the requested resource". What does that mean?
Rented a Movie but stops every 5 minutes
Annoying App can’t watch a movie straight up as it pauses every 5 minutes and even starts with an annoying narration that you have to disable every time you re-open. I paid for the movie fairly and legally but you are not holding up your part of delivering quality service
Error
Cant watch the movies I bought. It keeps saying “error” while watching and the movie stops. I hope you can do something about this.
