The application should provide the option for you to make just one order when it falls into a double order, sometimes one is close to the other and the other is too far away, there could be the option for you to reject just one.

Hello Gopuff Team. This app is overall working good but there is no option to reject the order after the offer is accepted. Without accepting offer we don’t know how much components are inside or whether is it containing alcohol or not. So we need to visit store supervisor some of them are rude people so we don’t wanna do so as independent drivers. Thank you

App needs Apple CarPlay support

I am using app in uk and noticed when my screen is locked i wont get sound notifications, so i missed some of the jobs. Only get sound notifications when i have app opened and i have to keep pressing it while driving because screen goes to lock screen after few seconds. It would be great to fix this to get sound notifications also when on lock screen

The app keeps closing automatically. I tried to refresh, reinstal, reset all setting, update IOS but still not opened.

I tried everything and tried to get in touch with support but they don’t know how to solve the problem, so now I’m done.

As delivery driver struggling a lot from alcohol orders can’t see them they only appear after accepting and on top of that you can’t cancel the order it has be done by the manager every single order that contains alcohol I’ve to wait for the manager to cancel!!!!
