Excellent online platform

I was running late for my attendance to the recent webinar and had not done my routine preparation tech checks. GoTo had no issues, sign-in walls or extra frustrations to get me into the conversation fast. In this fast paced economy of today I’m glad GoTo has my best interests at heart.

Cuts out sometimes but I think it might be the microphones at the church

It seems impossible to erase the missed calls so you always get a warning

I attend the webinar on the Danube River, notably on Amadeus Cruise Line. I was impressed by the presentation and what Amadeus offers to cruisers.

This app is poor at best. Constantly dropping calls (on or off wifi) and delayed speech when it does work. Avoid this garbage app at all costs, it will only have a negative impact on your business - especially if you work in sales.

I found the voice a tiny bit spotty. The speaker was probably too close to the microphone so for example the S Sounds had some reverberation. Good information and easy to follow slides. I didn’t have anything on my screen to reply via written comments. There was nothing to connect or no “ reply” box nor written comments. Not sure why? Thank you Joanne Williamson

Wish there was a way to choose another ringtone sound or something. Isn’t loud enough even with my ringer volume on night, in my opinion.

They took over another phone service saying that it was being phased out. Sending me many emails to change over to this way better service but the other service was way better for my companies needs. I did not know I was in a contract until I tried to go back to my old service because my service didn’t do contracts, this was in the first month but because they where owned by the same company. I had to count the days to the end of the contract one year. Two months before the end of my contract I called in to make sure I had all the necessary things on the go to move back over to the old service. They botched whole process I didn’t have text message for over five days costing my company countless dollars and they decided to add an extra month to my contract when I talk to them about this they offered me $15 off talk about a psychopathic company wouldn’t even refund the extra month that is clearly not owed, but gives me an offer of $15 off of it my company would give you $20 for the smallest issue. These guys cost you thousands of dollars and use deceptive tactics to earn your business in the first place. Tell you how much they care and appreciate you, but it’s just lip service. There’s way better services out there and most importantly in business you’re not always gonna be right, mistakes happen but it’s not about that. It’s about how you deal with it. and the recovery. They have no recovery watch out. The service is not bad in general, but for my needs the other service is way superior the real fall down is the customer service or locked there off and the mobility for the company to take responsibility for their mistakes.
