iPhone GoTo app is buggy
You would think a phone app would be consistent with simple things such as calls listed being accurately in the call log. I had a lengthy conversation with someone, but it didn’t show up in the call log. This isn’t the first time this is happened.

I wanted to like it
As the title states, I wanted to like the service. I know people that have used it and loved it. Sadly I have not had the same experience. The phones I had were already used on the goto service so I knew they worked. They would not configure and spend 2 weeks with tech support trying to get them to configure and manually configure. I had the web portal open thinking I would use the phone through my computer and I cannot receive calls. More tech support, no results. I tried the follow me feature to go to my cell phone and again no luck. Tech support kept sending me a link to the website instructions and nothing worked. Then I got my bill. I had set up one phone that did not work and tech support told me to try another phone and it did not work either. Tech would follow up asking if the problem was fixed and I would reply that I still had no ability to receive a call. Zero follow-up. I had to keep reaching out in attempts to fix the problem. Then I had a bill significantly larger than expected because i had tried to set up the second phone with their tech saying to do it, never mentioning to remove the first phone. Got my bill and then saw my card was charged more than my bill. took a week to get an answer why and then I was given the reason and the receipt for the extra charge. It was not provided prior until I asked for the reason I was charged more than my original bill. So I am switching service and am now told I need to buy out the contract for a service that has never worked. I was also not given a refund but a credit which does me no good as I am leaving their service. I know this is my experience and not the norm with the company but just be cautious. This blunder has costed my business a few thousand dollars in lossed revenue as i can track how many patients try to call when my number is clicked through my website or ads.

This consumer direct class was very, very informative very very helpful, and I do believe that it will help the caregivers and the beneficiaries in the future by having access and more knowledge of benefits that may or may not be able to be received
Must do something to search
It’s extremely difficult to follow up with old text messages! There are no option to search past messages. If corporate line has 2-3 numbers every time it shows new message thread !
In the beginning it’s amazing but gradually when you have more contact, thought to manage

Doesn’t work and behind the curve
This app is horrible compared to zoom or really any other iOS video app. When you switch out of it the video stops and when you switch back to it it often gets stuck reconnecting. I eventually switched to my computer because I couldn’t get back into the webinar. No Picture in Picture or background audio that’s now standard on other video apps. Get it together Goto.
