Antes era possível fazer pelo menos os reconhecimentos pelo app. Agora não mais! Não dá opção de reconhecer e nem de concluir os resgates. Tudo precisa ser feito pelo computador mesmo. O app se tornou inútil.

Poorly trained customer service team, they do not listen to the customer, does not try to understand what the error was and is unable to solve the problem!

Says to install update. Update already installed, yet keeps giving me a message to update. Nothing has worked, cannot access at all.

App popped up saying download update to continue, after download app won’t open. Even tried restarting phone and still keep getting pop up to update.

My company rolled out this reward system for the employees every one really didn’t know how really to use it. O boy once they did learn every one was helping each and the best part was how clean employees were leaving their work stations. The best was when you would get rewarded from your friends . Very good quality product and delivery was very fast. Great customer support too. Thank you .

App is up to date and will not open! Unbelievable!

Not working anymore

Tells me to download update but I have the latest version. Happens all the time and can’t e the app.
