Ordered my coupon but haven’t received any updates ,its been more than 1 week .Dissatisfied

The moment I open the app it prompts to update it, which already is updated, so App store now prompts to open the app, which prompts to update, I’m clueless about number of cycles I should complete to open the app successfully, and since that number of cycle is unknown to me, I’m giving one star. Now I use this app to open App Store :)

Every single time. Not able to open it even once. Deleted and reinstalled and same thing.

After this update app not opening..

App has no information about orders or recent purchases. No Faq section or contact info. Giving 1start because i cannot give 0

Even after sending multiple emails to customer support team regarding an order placed by redemption of points accumulated , there is no response. The contact number never works. Very bad support and response system.

Not able to add multiple people while nominating.

When trying to checkout, there is no code mentioned for Chandigarh.. since chandigarh being the capital of punjab n haryana.. plz have specific code listed for chandigarh since its an mandate field to be filled in address section. Also i could see 2 codes listed for Chattisgarh.. not sure if one was made for chandigarh.. please fix this.
