The health journal won't load anymore, so I can neither watch previous entries nor add new one. Please fix it!!

- medical records not appearing - not enough options for logging - my pet vomits a lot and I’ve been tracking it but just have to log it under “symptom” - not getting notifications/reminders even when they’re on And lastly, my pet’s profile completely disappeared today. Fun! The potential of this app is great, unfortunately it’s a bad app disguised as a good one.

Bummer because it looked like something I’ve been looking for too.

I WANT THE PAWPRINTS BACK!!! I so hate this app. I really liked the original version (PawPrints), but I accidentally updated the app & now stuck with this crappy new app. Bring back the original version!!!! I can’t stand this new version!!!! 😠😠😠

It would be even better if a Quality of Life section could be added. I absolutely love the app but suddenly I can’t open it anymore. Says user not found and I can’t find a Contact Us section anywhere. There probably is one once you signed in, alas I can’t. I lost all of my info on an epileptic foster dog and am quite distressed.

This seems like exactly what I need but when I try to add medical records and click view nothing shows up

Some kind of bug on the “care notes” tab. It won’t let me save any info there. Please fix. Otherwise, decent app. No frills, straight to the point.

As far as I can tell app is useless. I make appointment at vets and does not show up Dog weighed this morning and… nothing No reminders sent even tho I set up

I cant upload a photo of my Pets no matter how many times i try it never saves the data. it just gives me an error saying theres a problem with the app and i need to update it fo it to work. ive already done that multiple times cant save data entryto the profile of each dog. information will not save. app is broen until it is fixed
