Since the app update in 1st November, the times in the health journal all default to midnight regardless of what time you enter. If you try to edit a health journal event the “time” section isn’t visible, only the date. As I only really use this app to track the time things happen this has effectively made the app useless.

I managed to put my cat in twice but now can’t delete the extra profile. Also it’s mainly for people on the USA because of the links to products and vets etc

You can set reminders when to feed your pet and when I didn’t have Pawprint I had to write on post-it note to close the window and call my cat to come in the hounds.

Great app but only US and Canadian vets supported

This app would be awesome if it wasn’t so buggy! Some of the data I enter disappears, so I have to enter it multiple times. And I have better things to do that to keep entering the same data over and over again (vet, reminders). Especially the reminders disappearing is annoying since the point of reminders is to be reminded. Entering data is a bit of pain too (selected dates moving automatically to another day; some of the selectors are so close to the outside of the display that you keep closing the app several times before you’re done with the input). I’m happy to update my rating once all the bugs are fixed. I just hope that at least my daily entries don’t disappear, otherwise I’d have a nervous breakdown. An export function would come handy.

A really smart app idea which I’m glad to have come across - also, the team behind it are really responsive and open to suggestions which is great.

I like this app a lot it helps me keep track of my horse & his daily health, although I reeeeeally wish there was a way to see everything from a different perspective. Rather than just having to scroll down to find a specific entry, it would be so amazing if you could zoom out and see the month by month view, like the calendar on an iPhone. Would be so grateful if the app develops in this way!

So I’m in the UK. I have 1 pet. I added my vet surgery to the app and the requested medical records and paid for the $9.99 service to upload them all the my pets record. At no point did the app stop me from requesting the records from a UK Vet. Apparently Paw Prints cannot deal with international records, so you’d think there would be a notification about that somewhere, right?!?!? Anyway I got the medical records from my vets which were a text export of the records in an email along with PDFs of any lab results over the years. The Paw Print support team said they would upload the records for me if I emailed them. So I did that. The records were not uploaded in the way I expected them to be. I expected a Medical Record entry to be created for each visit to the vets listed in the email with all the dates supplied by my vet. I’d then be able to see this history in the app. But that’s not what I got. They basically uploaded the email and PDF file are document attachments or my pets record. Now, technically they did what was asked. But the implied result from the app is that they would process the data and add it in appropriately so it useful within the app. Adding all visits as one file attachment is not an making use of the apps abilities. So, I added each record I myself. Adding each visit to the vets over the last 5 years as individual records. It only took an hour. I added individual records for the weight of my pet at each visit. At first I didn’t notice that the weight values were Pound where as I’d been typing in KGs as there is no weight indicator label on the weight field of the weight records. So I changed that setting in the app and carried on. I then noticed that half the weight records have changed values and are now incorrect. Fine I thought, I’ll update the record with the right value. Nope. I can’t do that as each time I add the right value a random number appears either increasing the value or decreasing the value by a random amount usually resulting the final figure being 0.00. So I had to remove the record and recreate it, which fixed that issue for me but raised another one. Entering dates in this app results in a very frustrating experience. Say I select 20th August 2019. The date selector says this until I save the record. When viewing that records it has decided to subtract 1 day from the date resulting in the date now being 19th August 2019. I can’t get it to not do this. So the only way to get the date I want for a record is

App doesn’t work at all. Deleted it from my phone in the end.

Superb app and outstanding customer support. Can’t recommend this more highly. Everything in one place electronically. Pawfect!
