App listed in manual doesn’t exist. This one won’t pair using instructions in the manual. Talks about a blue light that doesn’t exist. Use the razor. Forget the app. Just a marketing scheme.

The 700 series razor has got to be the best razor I’ve ever had easy to use easy to clean and smooth on your face. Thank you guys very much.

It is everything you want in a shaver wet or dry Easy to clean and I really like the app it shows me that I am getting better at it and I am looking forward for a lot of great years

Half the time the App does not connect to razor, even when the phone shows razor is connected to Bluetooth. Becomes a waste of time trying to connect. The 7885 razor is excellent with very close shave.

The application has a problem connecting to the internet, Please fix the problem

Since the last update when I tried to login using my global Philips account (I had all shaving records on it) it keeps directing me to Chinese domain of Philips cause my iPhone is logged into a Chinese Apple account. There’s no point I log out of my whole Apple account just for this app. Please fix it or I can only login to a Chinese account with no past shaving data available to me any more!

The new design for 2024 is much improved. Previously it was hard to find what you were looking for. Now everything is right where I would expect it to be. Give the people responsible for the UI/UX design a raise.

I am a 70 year old man, and I’ve owned a lot of razors over the years and many different brands, but this is the best razor I have ever owned. Very smooth, cuts, really close, and doesn’t break out your skin. I love it, and would highly recommend it.

Real time Beard preview function says it needs to download but the download does not work.
