This app is amazing.

Just downloaded the app after following Anna on social media and doing her workouts in the last 2 weeks. I’ve tried different similar apps and all have its own pros and cons. This one looks good and I like that I can choose to workout 3 or 5 times and listening to my music while following the workout. Things to improve: 1. It would be great to be able to add current weight and measures and compare it later in a couple of months to see the progress 2. It usually says “serves 1” in the recipes buy then I click on the “method” and it states the actually servings which are higher than 1 3. It would be good to search by ingredients and show the recipes available on the app 4. Measures in the ingredients don’t vary depending on our goals, so only people know their necessary macros will understand the portions they should be eating

I originally discovered Grow with Anna on YouTube, and when I found out she has an app, I knew I had to try it out. Best decision ever! Not only is it very affordable, but it also offers a great variety of workouts. The app layout is fantastic, allowing you to listen to your own music or choose their music options. I love this app so much! Thank you, Anna, for all your hard work and dedication. It means a lot and is truly inspiring. Thank you for helping me reach my goals.

If you want to get in shape and really take your well being seriously use this app! The subscription is worth every penny and I would not be in the fantastic physical shape I am in today without it!❤️

I’m really enjoying the options for workouts and the way they’re grouped together is so helpful. I’m a huge tabata fan, which is how I found this app and there’s tons of those workouts. I turned 50 this year and am a mom to 5. It’s always been important to me to have the energy to keep up with my busy family which means putting in the time to have a decent fitness level. This app makes it easy to stay on track and there’s plenty of low impact, reasonable workouts if that’s what you need. I’ve even been able to do some of the workouts at work before my coworkers get there (I’m first to arrive by an hour). For younger new moms, I think this would be a great app to get due to the options that would be good for postpartum (I do some postpartum doula work, but always check with your midwife or Dr. before starting exercise postpartum). I wish there were weekly meal plans, and I think the food part could use more recipes too, but I do appreciate what’s there.

Anna has been such an inspiration in my life and I LIVE her content. This app has helped me to grow and get a personalized plan while also feeling great and confident!
