Grow with Anna

Turkey an excellent app… well organised and even fun to navigate. It’s motivating, well paced and tracks well. The recipes are also delicious! Now the reason I left out a star (if I could I would’ve given a 4.5 star review instead) is because the workout plans could be a bit more costumisable… such as being able to add or take out certain workouts in the pls, or even start your own from scratch. She already has them all planned which is great, I just think it should be a bit more accessible in that sense. Also the recipes are great… but it would be even better if you could make a weekly meal plan and the average amount of calories per meal (although it does track the macros/protein, fats and carbs of each meal) So all in all great app, worth the money! Here are just a few suggestions that would bring me to a 5 star review.

This app is amazing.

Just downloaded the app after following Anna on social media and doing her workouts in the last 2 weeks. I’ve tried different similar apps and all have its own pros and cons. This one looks good and I like that I can choose to workout 3 or 5 times and listening to my music while following the workout. Things to improve: 1. It would be great to be able to add current weight and measures and compare it later in a couple of months to see the progress 2. It usually says “serves 1” in the recipes buy then I click on the “method” and it states the actually servings which are higher than 1 3. It would be good to search by ingredients and show the recipes available on the app 4. Measures in the ingredients don’t vary depending on our goals, so only people know their necessary macros will understand the portions they should be eating

It’s hard for me to use workout apps because I am very OCD and struggle with anorexia so can overdo it sometimes. This app has motivated me to grow stronger and provides nutritious meals I have been scared in the past to try. Definitely worth the subscription and HIGHLY recommend! I have seen the most results from these workouts!

The Grow with Ana workout videos are nicely made. They’re top notch. For that reason alone I rate Grow with Ana 5 stars. The iPhone app has a scrolling issue that should be investigated and resolved. I’m getting around the issue but it’s an inconvenience.

Now there’s only 4 workout plans? I’ve been subscribed for over two years but can’t take it anymore. I support what Anna is about and trying to do but the app is getting to the point where it’s not worth it anymore.

I absolutely love this app, yes you need to pay for it, but it is totally worth it. I’m 16 and have enough money to pay yearly because of my job so I’m all set. Anyways, this app is really incredible, amazing meal plans and recipes, fun and effective workout plans, and you have the option to play your own music while the workout is playing but you’ll still hear the timers! Anna is an amazing and inspiring person and her app is just as extravagant!! Happy holidays!
