I love the daily coaching tips from Brendon. It’s like having your own person coach with you every day! Also the library of videos you can access to accelerate your development. This is an all round great app if you’re serious about your own growth.

Thanks to Brendon and his team for this amazing App! Every day we get a message from Brendon helping us on our journey! And to my surprise the timing is in my time zone! Each time I go to the APP I find more and more motivating information, courses, and there is a live training every Wednesday! It’s like I got a little Brendon Bruchard in my pocket! So those free minutes, when I’m standing at the bus stop etc, I’ve always got work to do! Wonderful….no excuses now!!! ‘Because every day is a great day to grow!’

The best self development app/ tool I have ever had and right at my finger tips I have never had anything like it and when I think it’s great ie: daily prompts, journal entries, morning/evening/weekly/monthly reviews, plan section, life scores, coaching from the best - if that’s not great enough Brendans daily 🔥 omg 🤩 when I’m feeling a dip in my day I might realise I’ve not listened in a day or two I’ll just put it on and I’m back at it!! Thank you Brendan and the brilliant team behind Growth Day 🙌🏼

GrowthDay helps me “get my head right” in the morning, helps me check off the important things on my list every day and gets me to reflect when the day is done. I love the morning and evening prompts but I LOVE Brendan’s daily fire. I got hooked on personal growth after listening to Ed Mylett speek at an event in Kansas City. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I joined GrowthDay but MAN has it changed my every day life!
