We can all know what we need to do - we just have to do it! Pay for the app, say Yes, say NO, move out of that funk, put down that unhealthy food, start the diet, exercise, stop the WHINE! Whatever you need, you can find the solution here - but once you get the wisdom it is up to you to take and put in place the actions that move the needle! Yes, guilty as all the rest - but pushing forward. The Daily Fire simple and easy - keeps reminding me to reach higher, be better, you’re not alone! It helps to reframe the negativity and push into higher performance. Can’t say enough about this amazing app, the folks helping all of us on our respective journeys. Don’t think that you are not important enough to get this information - you are - just take the step - hey and there is even a trial period, so if you really think it’s not for you - no harm! So now what’s your excuse? Wishing you success!

Breaking down and simplifying my thoughts and tasks because I was in a really hard time in the middle of a family emergency. It wa a very hard time in my extended families lives. Day by day I was able to calm my mind and get focused on my life so I was better able to help serve my family’s lives. I only use the daily core at this moment. I don’t even use Growth Day to its full use yet. I look forward to it every morning. I also listen to it again on my walks.

This app is a great personal development app! It not only gives you daily nuggets of information to learn and grow, but it has many built-in features that help you be purposeful when you reflect and ways to track your growth overtime.

I’ve been using the paid version of growth day for about 9 months (after using the free version for about a month I saw how valuable this was for me and upgraded), and the content in here is so powerful if you’re looking to take your life to the next level. I use this app everyday to help put me in a positive and focused mindset—whether it’s listening to the daily fire by Brendon (a 8-20 minute talk each day covering a wide range of topics to get you going with an expansive and growth mindset), listening to and participating in one of the courses taught be a host of successful people, and doing the daily checkins with myself and my life (through the journaling section) and rating/evaluating myself in how each day, week and month—I’m showing up (in the Life scores section). Growth Day has become a daily staple in my life. A huge thank you to everyone who has worked so hard to make this app possible, user friendly and an extremely helpful resource and tool for anyone looking to better their life.

If I got that question “ if there was only one app you couldn’t live without or only one app that you could put in my phone” …it would be the GROWTH DAY APP. Brendon is enthusiastic , motivating and such a positive and inspiring leader and coach. This app is an excellent growth tool for motivating, inspiring, educating, sets a tone for the day, a place for you to plan and journal (so you can do it anywhere), and prompts that make you dive deeper. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Brendon, his team and the Growth Day App. Thank you all!

I was recently asked on an airplane what my three favorite apps were on my phone. I was excited to share that the GrowthDay app was my number one favorite and I’ll tell you why really quickly… I signed up in GrowthDay about two years ago with the goal to see if it would help me with my leadership skills as I own two companies. Not only has it dramatically improved my leadership skills, it has motivated me to stay on track daily journaling; whether it’s within the app or on paper = which is been an absolute life changer. I wasn’t expecting to become a better parent, better wife, better sister and daughter to the people that I love however. that’s exactly what happened… I’ve been able to take courses within this app that have been life altering. Both of my accompanies have grown dramatically since I joined this app I would highly encourage anyone who is responsible for other people to make this the first thing you do every day- listen to the daily fire, journal and make a plan ~ you’d be surprised how far you will go not only within the first month, but within the first year. I couldn’t recommend this app more highly— also important to note it keeps evolving and getting better and better. I’m so excited every morning to wake up and click on GrowthDay — boom baby!!! 🙌

I was introduced to Brendon’s coaching approach during a real estate conference I attended last year. At the end of his amazing speech, he offered a free membership to this app and so I took him up on the offer. I don’t believe I’ve missed a day since. The discipline and now joy of journaling has become a habit now. My situational awareness and self awareness have both increased. It has had such a profound impact on my level of clarity about myself and my sphere that I’ll remain grateful as long as I’m running around on this globe.
