The app crashes and closes down when clicking on the usage details button on the home page after logging in. Poorly designed app.

Poorly designed and bad Maintenance
The app ain’t designed properly, Text box font isn’t visible. Needs major improvement in the App store app.
UI and UX is worst
This app is perfect example of what NOT to do. My analysis- Very high response time. Unnecessary API/Query time Terribly slow UI is like 10years old kid Well setting example by Development team 👏
Not usable app
Proper not login very irritating app
Mistake of my life
worst ISP provider in the world. Took my ₹5000 it has been ten days but to no avail connection not installed customer support is hoax

Old app was working very good New app is very slow responsive

App doesn’t allow to login every time pushes error previous version was far better and working properly

What is the logic of updating app if you cant create good user experience, app is not working properly
Black screen after sign in
No sign in after otp and in password option black screen appears.
Not working. Worst app among all broadband
Ask mobile number for login but then after no screen to enter received otp. If you have multiple account then before it easy to manage be cause we can login through userid but now its seems impossible. Otp received after 5 - 10 min. Not a user friendly ui not at all
