I paid £14.99 for the yearly subscription but I am still unable to view shows. I have raised a complaint and shared all my details including payment and invoice but since last two days no one has responded to me.

What an amazing idea to make this channel with such great programmes. There’s something for all the family and it’s so wonderful to be able to keep in touch with our mother tongue and culture while living away from our homeland. Looking forward to the new shows coming soon.
